(3) 不怕暈船, 願意接受挑戰。
(4) 無經驗及相關證照可。
(5) 本工作的屬性為離岸風電相關工程, 故本工作船大部分的時間都在離岸風場施工區域，故海洋哺乳類觀察員必須長時間待在工作船上。
