離岸風電之工作坊
主題是” The development of offshore windfarm: The Rush in Taiwan and Beyond”，
此論壇主辦單位是歐洲EAGE協會，EAGE(The European Association of Geoscientists and Engineers )是地球物理調查技術的國際性組織，今年於召開大會以前，特別開立工作坊。
邀請國內外離岸風電業者/專家，包含WFO、Boskalis、Furgo、SRE、James Fisher、Blue Float等，針對以下四個主題，進行演講及討論: 
1. Site Characterization 風場場址特性評估
2. Design and Construction 風場設計與建造
3. Operation and Maintenance 運維
4. Floating Windfarm 浮式風場
